July 12, 2004 - Bethesda obtains rights to the Fallout game series and announce they are working on Fallout 3.
June 8, 2004 - On the same day Interplay reopens,
Titus Interactive the primary share holder of Interplay declares bankruptcy.
June 4, 2004 - Interplay is closed by a California labor investigation. Interplay a few
days later reopens after settling the issues.
October 9, 2002 - Interplay is delisted from
NASDAQ.
August 16, 2001 - Titus Interactive announces it has taken control of Interplay.
1998 - Virgin Interactive agrees to buyout from
Interplay
Entertainment and acquires 43.9% of Virgin Interactive.
This agreement gives Interplay the distribution rights in
North and South America.
