Can I get CDXpress to work within Windows NT?

CDXpress is not compatible with Windows NT. There are also no drivers available to allow it to be compatible.

Is it possible to increase the drive buffer on a BTC CD-ROM drive?

Unfortunately, the buffer is fixed, therefore this cannot be increased.
