| TROUBLESHOOTING When
scanning, receive error cannot find ipebase11.dll or ipeistor11.dll.
This error can occur when the files have been renamed from long file names. To resolve
this issue, click Start / Find / Find Files or folders. Ensure you are looking in the C drive
and search for ipe*.* this should locate files such as ipebas~1.dll and ipeist~1.dll. If
these files are found, rename these files to the appropriate files missing.
After installing HP ScanJet 3200C scanner, Lexmark 3200 printer does not work.
You will need to install the latest
printer drivers
for your Lexmark 3200 printer.
HP ScanJet 3300C light does not turn off even although computer is off.
The HP ScanJet 3300C scanner is designed to not turn off until it has been 14 minutes
since the last scan.
