| TROUBLESHOOTING Location of drivers The drivers should be located under the drivers directory of the Master CD which your Packard Bell computer was shipped with. If you did not receive this scanner with a Packard Bell computer you should have received two diskettes with the printer to install drivers. If you are unable to locate these drivers it is recommended that you contact Packard Bell.
