Changing Adobe Photoshop's default magnification.

Issue:

How can a user change the Adobe Photoshop's default magnification when opening a new file?

Solution:

Adobe Photoshop currently has no method of changing the default resolution when opening a new file. However, once the file is open the user can press CTRL and the minus key to zoom out of the image or CTRL and the plus key to zoom in on the image.
