Is there a FAT16 to FAT32 file converter for Windows 95?

Issue:

Is there a FAT16 to FAT32 file converter for Windows 95?

Solution:

Windows 95 does not include any supported FAT converter. The user may have one of three options available to get FAT32 support:

If you are running Windows 95 OSR2 you can delete your partition (which will delete all your information) and recreate the partition using FAT32.

The user can purchase the Partition Magic utility which will allow them to convert their hard disk drive partitions from FAT16 to FAT32 as well as change other aspects of the drive.

The user can upgrade to Windows 98, which during the upgrade can convert their drive to FAT32.
