Fan is not spinning in the power supply.

Cause:

Bad power supply.

Solution:

We recommend that you immediately replace the Power supply. The fan helps allow a current air flow to come into your computer to cool down components within the computer. If not replaced, it can cause other damage to your computer. It is not recommended that you attempt to open the power supply and attempt to replace the fan within the power supply.
