Why has Computer Hope not answered my questions?

Question:

Why has Computer Hope not answered my questions?

Answer:

Computer Hope is a completely free service to the world and tries to help everyone to the best of its ability. Because we are a free service, we receive hundreds of e-mails daily and we cannot guarantee an answer to every question. With our limited staff, the requirement of updating our thousands of pages, and creating a weekly newsletter, it is difficult to answer all questions we receive.

If it has been several days and you have not yet received a reply to your e-mail, you may wish to try getting your question answered through another one of Computer Hope's services such as our online chat or our online forums.

Does this mean my question is just deleted?

Absolutely not! Any e-mail question that is currently not in our database or has not been answered is not deleted until it has been added to our web site. This helps ensure that if the question arises again or if it has not yet been answered you should be able to find the question in our database at a later time.
