Answer:

This issue is caused when Microsoft Internet Explorer has a damaged or corrupt file. To resolve this issue, follow the below instructions.

1. Empty your Temporary Internet files.
2. Delete any Unknown or Damaged objects by clicking the Tools menu and Internet Options. Within the General tab of Internet Options, click the Settings button. Click the "View Objects" button and delete any objects that have a status of "Unknown" or "Damaged".
