Answer:
- Create a new mail message and type what you wish to use as
your template in this new message.
- Once you have finished typing the message, click the File menu, Save As,
type the name of the file, and for the Save as type, select
Outlook Template (*.oft). If you do not have this option it
is likely because Outlook templates are not installed.
- Click Ok.
- Close the e-mail, when you close the e-mail you will be
prompted if you want to save the e-mail, say No unless you wish
to keep a draft of this message.
