If I burn copies of a CD does it degrade the quality?

Question:

If I make burn copies of a CD does it degrade the quality?

Answer:

Unlike a cassette tape that stores its audio and visual information in analog format CD and DVD stores information in digital format and will not degrade in quality as copies are made. This means you could make hundreds of copies of an audio CD or movie and each of those copies would be 100% identical to the original.
