Amateur

Amateur may refer to any of the following:

1. With sports, an amateur is a person who performs the sport for free or who has little or no experience. For example, most computer gamers are amateurs, but an e-athlete competing in an e-sport is considered a professional gamer.

2. Generally, an amateur is anyone new to a subject or without computer schooling or training. For example, a new computer user is considered an amateur. However, someone with years of experience or with recent training is not.
