BF

2. BF is also commonly used as an abbreviation for the computer EA game Battlefield. This term is also often used when describing what BF version, ie: BF1942 to describe Battlefield 1942, the initial release of Battlefield and BF2 to describe Battlefield 2, and/or BF2142 to describe Battlefield 2142.
