Rockstar Games Launcher
Released in 2019, Rockstar Games Launcher is a digital distribution program for video games developed by Rockstar Games. Users can log in to an existing Rockstar Games Social Club account to access their library of purchased games, and purchase and download new games. They can also communicate with friends, or with groups called "crews," using the Social Club real-time, multi-user messaging system.
In Windows, Rockstar games, like Grand Theft Auto and Red Dead Redemption 2, require the Rockstar Games Launcher to be opened. The launcher is also required even if the game was originally purchased using another DRM (digital rights management), like Steam.
