Voice

  1. In chat based communication such as IRC, voice is a feature used in moderated chat where users with a voice can talk and others without a voice are just spectators. This type of chat is done to help prevent users from flooding a conversation with questions or comments and helps keep the chat clean and under control.
  2. Type of online discussion that is done in real-time talking instead of typing.
