Also known as domain forwarding or domain
alias, web forwarding is a feature often provided by the web
host or domain name provider. For example, Computer Hope has
several domains, such as computerhope.net, which are forwarded to
computerhope.com.
Web forwarding is often used to forward a user who may be
looking for your site but misspelled your domain name or may be
using a different web suffix (.net instead of .com). Also see: Domain,
