TECHNICAL SUPPORT

First Aid 98 uses IE 3.02 for its default installation browser; unfortunately, if you have installed IE 4.0 before installing First Aid 98, you will run into several difficulties; you will need to download a 4.3MB patch to fix this issue to allow you to install First Aid.

If you are running into other issues with Internet Explorer after installing First Aid, ensure that you see Internet Explorer technical support.
