    ok, i'm using Vista

The program icons in my taskbar are showing up really small

    How do I fix it?

Here is the image of my desktop explaining the problem (you might want to open the image in a new tab)

Right click an empty area of the taskbar, and select Properties.

Uncheck "use small icons" on the "taskbar" tab, and click Apply.

oh, you're using Vista, I missed that.

In that case, use regedit and navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\ControlPanel\Desktop\WindowMetrics, and delete the "MinWidth" value.

You have to reboot for it to take effect.
