Install a software firewall and a router.

No crashes here. Use both Windows XP Home and Professional. Professional for gaming, Home for Internet/E-mail and another variety of tasks.

Did you read the html link.....i guess not it appears?<pass again> the link was to help folks......with crashes that appear to happen with xp.......why do i bother....(.maybe i was made to help people).....i will carry on .. the good old british stiff upper lip...... :)

Guess that's one more reason to uncheck the "Allow users to connect remotely to this computer" option in System Properties!
