Yet Another AV pop-up scam

This one is called:
XP Total Security 2011
Looks like:

This  rogue anti-malware,  fakes a "full scan" of your computer when it starts. It displays alarming warnings of "infected files" .  It tells you that you must purchase the "full" version" of the fake program .
