    « on: October 30, 2011, 05:42:59 PM »

    Hi Everybody

I have been trying to print a document and  I seem to be  having some problem printing.

     1. When I go through the steps and I hit print, nothing happens I have tried several times nothing happens. \
    2. Then I chick on the printer icon on the bottom tool bar on the desk top then a box comes up comes which says
HP Officejet 4500 (name of my printer)  - use printrer off line   ( I have wireless printer connection)
    3. Then inside the box a list of the number of times I tried to print the document.
    4. Then on the bottom it will say 6 document(s) in queue.

What does this mean and what can I do to corect this problem and print the document.

    Thank you for your help

Do you think the printer is damaged?
Did it work for several weeks and then one day quit?
Are you using a wireless router?
What changes did you recently make?
    Which OS do you have?

Quick fix is to remove the printer, reboot and install all over again from the HP install CD. Don't skip any steps. Do it just like they say in the setup guide.
