    Blackout
    « on: April 29, 2013, 07:50:40 AM »
I use Windows xp with firefox and MacAfee security suite through TWC/RR. After I log in successfully, anytime I press a key to go to a next step or read emails or whatever, the screen goes black.I must scroll my arrow from bottom to top to get rid of the black but it still remains in the border. Is this some kind of virus? My security suite runs daily and is telling me there are no problems. Can anyone help?

    I donno. Hard to diagnose.
But have you recently made any changes ton your system?
Have you installed a new video driver? a hardware accelerator?
What happens when you boot in safe mode?
