    Which "Sir" are you addressing?


    On most PC's and with most OS's, when you go to the normal Shutdown menu, "Restart" is one of the options on that menu.

    Or, you can just make a desktop shortcut using this text:

    %windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -r -t 00 -f

    copy and paste that line to a desktop shortcut, because every space is important.
