If your computer and phone both have Bluetooth capability then you should have everything you need.  You will need to pair the 2 but once paired, you should be able to transfer files between them.  In Win 7, look for a Bluetooth icon in the system tray, right-click on it and select "Add a device...".  You will also need to turn your phone's Bluetooth on, set the phone to "discoverable".

I cannot see bluetooth in my pc files etc, anywhere.

The phone is a Samsung GT C3590

PC is self built, what do you need to know ? don't ask difficult questions   ;D

When you built the PC, did you install any Bluetooth hardware or is it possibly built-in to the motherboard?  Typically, Bluetooth is an additional piece of hardware (card or USB dongle).

I tried a Bluetooth dongle and that did not work, so I think i'll give it up as a bad job.

What happened when you plugged in the Bluetooth dongle?  I have used quite a few low cost BT dongles on different computers and have not encountered one that did not work.

Win 7 should recognize that you plugged the dongle in and install drivers for it.

Did you tell the computer to search for Bluetooth devices?  Did you set the phone's Bluetooth to "Discoverable"?  I'm not sure of your Bluetooth knowledge.  In order to "pair" Bluetooth devices, one device needs to be set to "discoverable" so that when another device searches for it, it will be found.  The Bluetooth devices do not normally automatically search nor are they automatically discoverable.

I'll see how they are set, thank you.
