what is called Apps on the tablet, are called programs (or software, or maybe Applications - so truncated by some to Apps - so it gets confusing to newbies)
so if you are trying to get a similar program on the laptop that you have on the tablet, you need to Google it and find it either from the manufacturers website or if you are lucky, from the Microsoft Store.
