laptop keyboard malfunction

I am new to this forum. I would like to know if the malfunctioning of the laptop's keyboard is related with my using a usb keyboard on it?

Most of the keys do not respond even pressed a lot of times. Also, some of the keys appears repeatedly even I do not press it.

Does the laptop's keyboard work if the USB keyboard is not plugged in?

Hello , i have had the same problem as this guy here, and my laptop keyboard works only on certain keys when no keyboard is plugged in, i had a hacker on my p.c before and im convinced it was fine before that. it was only after this that they keyboard no longer worked. please can you help me on this matter ?

I have no clue lol, but as i know you personally can i just add a couple of points to assist you with getting help   rahrah has done the debug routine to ERASE HDD AND CLEAR CMOS, and re-installed win xp, but the keyboard still does not work.
