i forgot to mention that we are reformating and starting from scratch... I' also sitting her down and explaining a few things about internet saftey / sucurity and looser guys.... I need to do a screening before she starts talking to new guys.....

Good one, reformatting seems like the best and easiest solution.
Just make sure you back up any files she wants first.

If there are no illegalities involved here, then I concur with the above suggestions - backup, reformat, reinstall.  And therapy or scourging for the perv.

And about internet safety . . . has anyone already suggested this?
I don't think they have, but it's worth mentioning it even if it's already been said.
It's a guide to internet safety.  Might be worth showing it to your friend.
