When I right click on desktop and select New- Folder the folder will not appear until I right click and select Refresh!!!!!
Why? I have looked at all the settings I can and can't see anything else to adjust.
If I delete a folder the system deletes it but the folder icon remains on the desktop until, guess what,refresh is clicked.
Why?
Both the above operations should occur without refresh being clicked.
