blocked from getting into anything

i try to get into hotmail and it comes up blank page and when i try to get into certain sites it says security settings wont allow..i have spyware in my computer and i dont know how to get rid of it..and it wont allow me to dl anything

If you know you have spyware on your system then I strongly recommend going to the sticky post in the virus forum and downloading the free software found there.  Cleanse your system and try again.  You may be told that items keep coming back but be persistant.
