Nope. The second gun has very short cartridge.
It looks like, in the picture, the magazine has been taken out.

On average, human has 6 quarts of blood, and they say, if you lose 1/3 of it (2 quarts) in short period of time, you're dead.
But.....if a gunshot is small (LOL), and you're bleeding slowly, 4 quarts lost are "allowed".
