Video slows and audio stops
« on: April 18, 2005, 12:57:21 AM »
Hey,
Ive had this problem with my comp since Ive gotten it, After sometimes 5 minutes and other times up to 2 hours the audio stops and the video slows down.
Ive got a video card that came on the mother board, and I was wondering if there are any settings in Win XP that I can change to up the video memory maybe?
Any other suggestions??
thanks...

Video card came on the motherboard as in.... Integrated?  Or as in they bundled a video card into the package you bought?  Well, either way, changing video memory size (Shared memory for integrated...  AGP Aperture Size for AGP) isn't done in Windows...  You have to go into BIOS (Press Delete while you boot up) and change the settings...
