Clean install using Win 7 Upgrade Home Premium UPG Media

Can you clean install win7  using this disk, I am not sure what they mean by UPG Media    the disk is labelled "Win 7 Home Premium Upgrade UPG Media" Ojas 
Computers are my hobby and my income love working with computers

Thanks for the link and it worked well so far I did the upgrade with activation I activated after the the upgrade had to do it over the phone. But all is well. Ojas
