Graphic card help etc

I have this game that i really wanted to play. But i realized my graphic card is not powerful enough so instead of buying the whole computer i just wanting to buy a new graphic card. My cpu is
Graphic Card: Q965/Q963 EXPRESS FAMILY CHIPSET
Processor:INTEL PENTIUM DUAL CORE 1.59Ghz
Ram: 2GB
I dont know if the graphic card is integrated and can you tell me how to check?
If its not i need some cheap graphic card options please
