embedding .cmd to an image??

hi.. i need to know the way to embed a .cmd or bat file to an image file. :-?. any ideas/suggestions?? thnx ia.

       :D noppe, its not gonna be a crazy virus or sth like it. actually, there is a small prg which converts executibles into jsp files by hexadecimals and embed them in a html file.. and as u know there are some trojans that spreadin via jpeg's. but none of them are my mind..  i m just trying to add a registry file by viewing an image file.. ;) neither a virus, nor a trojan, trust me :)
