Take Ibuprofen?

I get soar wrists when I use the computer for a long time in a char I dont usu sally use. As for soar eyes, yes, excessive computer monitor viewing or TV watching when your not used to it can cause problems like that. Make sure the computer screens lights arent the only ones in the room. Turn on extra lights, you want the brightness of the screen to be about as bright as the room. It should look somewhat natural.

I expect you guys are all way younger than me but - I have and use a special pair of glasses - just for puter.  Focal length is set up for almost exactly the distance I view my monitors and have to say - my eyes do not complain much at all.

The lighting mentioned in last post is IMO very important - ambient should be close to screen brightness or vice versa - that way the pupils do not ''fight'' to adapt to differing levels - same applies to folks watching TV - ideally.
Ain't technology great - until it goes wrong!

my eyes get really dry sometimes while on the comp, and when they get dry everything tends to go out of focus.

There are a couple of eye massage techniques I find very helpful when I am focused on the screen for long periods of time working on a project.
    It helps a lot.

Also, I think the blueness of ComputerHope is starting to get to me...
