C:/ opens every boot up?

Every time I boot my computer, after windows starts up and all program files are loaded;  my C drive automatically opens up.  How do I change this?

Sorry can you explain your problem a little better if you can? do you mean safe mode....listed in the four corners of the screen....more info ..more help..and what system does this relate.....................to!
