Automated Login

The server at my college requires me to log in to the network through a client called "Smart Enforcer", its asks only for a username and password.  my lease obtained from this login procedure expires after about 11 hours, i'm not sure exactly how long.  I was wondering if there is a way to create a batch file that will run when I am asked to log back in, and will enter my information for me.  By the way, smart enforcer is running in background until my lease expires.
