chkdsk starts at boot, HELP!!!!

I was fooling with Tuneup Utilities 2009, and I scheduled a chkdsk at boot, now the chkdsk will not finish, and I can't boot, the chkdsk just freezes and when reset and starts again, i've tried the chkntfs commands and things like this but still wont stop. Using Vista 32bit home.
