speakers on a laptop
« on: May 26, 2005, 07:35:46 PM »
When i pull down the screen/monitor the speakers emit a loud feedback noise....I have been trying to pry the case open but to no avail (i can get most of it open but not the back hinges).  Not sure what you might recommend but.............any suggestions would be helpful.

Additional information:

bumped the side of the computer which started the above problem

Diagnose/troubleshooting:

Tried to pry open the case to inspect and fix but unable to get it off.

I'm guessing that this is a laptop? How hard did you "bump" it? Where?

Actually, not to be "rude" or anything, but a reply to dl65's message would be nice... Also, what part was damaged in the fall or "bump"?
