What happens if you try to play one / get any error messages?

either winamp comes up and does nothing, or i get message what do you want to do with with this file ,click open then asks with what , select windows media player, get message file has extension, click play then it plays. most files just bring up winamp and it just sits there with the title of video but will not play.
