I have downloaded Windows 8 Developer Preview. But, I could only use the 32bit as my pc only supports 32bit. Anyway, I want to develop apps for Windows 8, but the 32bit does not come with developer tools. What programs do you recommend using?

Only the 64-bit version comes with the dev tools... so...
