So here are my harddrives, the C disk is the SSD and the E disk is my HDD. The F is my reset to factory settings drive and I don't know why disk D is there so I just gave it a name.
Since my E drive has soo much space, I want to make it so ONLY the Steam folder is in the SSD (and other video games and other super necessary files). How do I move every other folder to my HDD without breaking my computer? (It's like 90GB of stuff I want to move)

If you want you can move everything from D to E
Fist please check is there any software installed in D drive.
If not, you can move every thing in it to E drive

But my advice is don't touch C drive-SSD.
