i dont know. how can i check?

i guess if they dont install during recovery, then no  :-[

If you have an HP Driver CD i would re-install them...this will not harm anything.
If you do not have one visit the HP site...enter the machine info and DLoad them and install.

Chipset Drivers FIRST...then audio and video.
The rest you don't need.

all the drivers need to be installed while in the OS, so i cannot make a bootable cd to install any drivers.

im just going to get a new copy of windows and install fresh, on a formated HDD

patio

Not sure what you mean here...
The Drivers can be safely DLoaded to the desktop and installed...
If you re-install Windows you will still need to re-install all the drivers.
