lost live mail

I recently had to have my motherboard changed .got everything back online ,but can't receive mail form my server.
i have sky broadband ,when i receive mail it automatically transfers it to my live mail account .well it doesn't anymore,
i have followed the instructions for setting up a new account but nothing works. can someone help.

You have to setup the POP3 and SMTP settings in live mail...
These can be had from your ISP.
