My friend has problem with his IE. Now, he is using an old version of IE (i don't know which one he used). His problem was that it cannot work in Offline mode. does anyone know what's the problem?
Actually, he wants to uninstall his IE. I've tried several times, but the IE was still there no matter what.
If he wants to get newer version of IE, where he can get it?
