Does anyone have either an Iomega 250 GB Triple Interface Black Series 33090 or Seagate 300 GB Pushbutton Backup ST3300601CB-RK? I so, please share your thoughts.

Some options for which I'm looking are 250 GB min., automatically saves new versions of content, rollback system, includes three interfaces, automatically moves copy to multiple locations such as an internet storage account that can be accessed from any web browser 24/7, 5 yr warranty and 24/7 tech support.
