The only method of determining the PCI (Peripheral Component Interconnect) version would be to review the Motherboard documentation.

Can I upgrade my PCI version?

No. The PCI version cannot be upgraded unless you replace the motherboard with a more up-to-date PCI version. Of course, if you were to replace the motherboard, it would also require you to upgrade your CPU (Central Processing Unit) and RAM (Random-Access Memory).
