Photoshop Smart Blur

Photoshop Smart Blur or Smart Blur applies a blur radius to each pixel using a threshold to determine where the blur should be applied. Its parameters are radius, threshold, quality (low, medium, high), and mode (normal, edge only, overlay edge).

Smart Blur works on 8 Bit, RGB (Red, Green, and Blue), grayscale, CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Key), and Multichannel images, and Smart Objects. This filter launches another window with options.

Smart Blur is part of Adobe Photoshop's Extended Filters.
