SMH or shake my head

Shorthand for Shake My Head, SMH is used in chat communications as a sign of disappointment or disapproval. Below is an example of how this could be used in chat.

User1: smh

Some may add an extra expletive and use SMFH, which is short for Shaking My F*(#ing Head.
