Command & Conquer is an excellent Strategy game which involves two forces NOD and GDI each force has its own unique set of units. The player of Command & Conquer has the capability of playing either forces either through a series of levels or head to head against other players.

Ensure that you have at least a double speed CD-ROM or higher.

Unable to install C&C

Ensure that 20 Megs of disk space is available or more if you are running double space ensure that you have 42 megs or more.

Attempting to install Command and conquer on a computer with an OPTi930 sound card chip set.

Ensure that the sound card to the correct settings (such as Address = 220, IRQ = 5, DMA = 1, T = 4), using Sound Blaster Pro. And then choose the option for auto detect for the sound card. Do not attempt to do test or it will freeze, however, after installation is complete it should work.
